Designing the components in a specialized program.
In the development activity, the following actions will be carried out:
Management of the experimental development stage
Defining the specific objectives of the sub-activities of the experimental development stage and monitoring their achievement by the research and development teams on certain directions
Coordination of research activities in terms of functionality
Involvement in the experimental development activities by identifying the best technical solutions in terms of production costs
Establishment of the technical solutions that will enter the production introduction stage
Validation of the results obtained
Realization of the data collection component prototype kit
Creating a prototype of a data collection component kit that will include the necessary components for operation, such as an LPWA transmission module, a controller module, alternative power supply, rechargeable battery, and enclosure.
Planning tests and defining specific testing procedures for prototypes in the experimental development laboratory
Executing the tests
Evaluating the test results
Scheduling regression tests to be performed after each error correction activity to verify that no other types of errors were introduced during the correction process (if applicable).
Analysis of the possibility and relevance of various available solutions and technologies
Depending on the specific needs identified and the critical points defined as a result of the industrial research stage, the experimental development stage will analyze the feasibility and relevance of various solutions and technologies available at that time.
Redesign and physical realization of mechanical components of prototypes.
After testing the prototypes, if applicable, profitable forms can be established for various mechanical components that need to be realized. Depending on the results obtained after assembling the electronic modules, the button-type actuator elements, the battery supports, and the display elements in the outer casings, we will need to identify mechanical elements that do not correspond and that will need to be completely or partially redesigned.
